We ship every day except Sundays, in most cases items will be shipped the same day payment is received unless manufacturing or customization is required.


All of our shipments will include tracking information, and we are only responsible for packages up to the point where they are scanned as delivered by the carrier.


We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered and the tracking indicates it.


Only shipments over $ 400 will need to be signed upon delivery.


By using this website and purchasing from us, you agree that you have read our Shipping Terms and Conditions and agree to all of them.


Costumer is responsible for providing the complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Returned shipments by the shipping carrier(s) for address errors or not found, will result on a refund of the item minus the shipping costs. 

In case of Item(s) arriving BROKEN or DAMAGED, the costumer will need to contact us within 24 hours to let us know of the problem. We may at our discretion, require picture proof and additional steps in order to solve the case. We can also request the return of the damaged item(s) in order to provide a resolution. In most cases, we will offer the costumer with choices like a replacement or refund. 
Any costumer who knowingly attempts to create false claims, or return used or incorrect items, will be denied a total or partial refund, and may also be banned from our site and store.
